House Rules

If you are caught using, selling, or within possession of any non-prescribed drugs or alcohol, you will be notified to leave with your personal belongings immediately.
All residents must submit to a random drug and/or alcohol test. A positive result or your refusal to take one may result in you being required to leave with your personal belongings immediately, with no refund of money.
Absolutely no smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside in the backyard.
Zero tolerance policy for theft, violence or threats of violence.
No inner or outer house arguing, fighting, or bullying of any kind.
The house will be kept clean and duties are shared by all house occupants. (A posted weekly schedule)
Guests are permitted in common areas only. No overnight guests allowed.
Rent is paid monthly as per your agreement no later than the 5^th. There’s a $25 late fee.(Cashier’s check or money order only)
We ask as a courtesy you give one week’s notice before you move out.
Any violation of these rules may result in your immediate termination of residency at Trinity Sober Living.

There is a zero tolerance policy for theft, bullying, arguing, sexual activity, pornography, violence or threats of violence. It is strictly prohibited. Please notify our house manager and/or landlord of any conflict, disturbance, or breaking of any rule immediately by anyone at any time. Failure to report any witnessed violation will result in disciplinary action up to or including removal from Trinity Living, Inc.
The house must be kept clean and duties are shared by all house occupants.(A weekly schedule will be posted by house management.)
Curfew is 11pm. If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with house management. Phone calls are allowed between the hours of 6am and 10pm out of respect for everyone’s noise tolerance.
Due to our space restrictions, a shower schedule will be posted by house management in order to allow all residents a fair and ample amount of time to shower. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
To respect all of our residents’ privacy, comfort, and space restrictions, visitors are not allowed. If a visitor is absolutely necessary, please inform house management of your request and a collaborative decision will be made by owners of Trinity Living, Inc. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please only sleep in your assigned bed. Eating is not allowed in the bedrooms.
Rent is paid monthly and no later than the 4^th of the month, otherwise you will incur a $75 late fee. (Cash, check, cashier’s check or money order accepted)
If you may decide to move out, we ask as a courtesy to please provide us with at least one week’s notice.
Any violation of these rules may result in your immediate termination of residency with Trinity Living, Inc.
